When Dr. John Paul Feeney and his wife, Judy, came to Delaware and co-founded Feeney Chiropractic Care Centre more than 40 years ago, now called United  Spine Centre, they had a vision for the future. They wanted to offer a broad spectrum of care, tailored to the needs of the individual patient and to integrate chiropractic into the total health care community.

Today, Dr. John and Judy Feeney's vision is alive and continuing to evolve in  United  Spine Centre.  United  Spine Centre comprises an array of health services and a complement of professionals and support staff who share a strong commitment to helping individuals at any age pursue and maintain a high quality of health and life. They take pride in being a multifaceted health care center with an excellent reputation for patient satisfaction.

Dr. Feeney received his bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College, NY and his doctor of Chiropractic from the Chiropractic Institute (now known as the National University of Health Sciences Chiropractic). He is the former president of the Delaware Chiropractic Peer Review Board, the Delaware State Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Delaware Chiropractic Society. He is a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and he has served as a Delegate to the American Chiropractic Association and as an International Chiropractic Consultant. United  Spine Centre, along with Dr. John and Judy Feeney heavily support the Delaware State Troopers Association, Blue Gold Basketball Game and Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children.

Dr. Sean P. Feeney, M.S., D.C., C.M.U.A.

Dr Feeney received an under  graduate degree in Nutritional Sciences in 1990 and his Doctor of  Chiropractic degree from Life University in Georgia after Graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1993.  Dr. Sean also has a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine. Dr. Sean Feeney treats patients with musculoskeletal conditions, specializing in automobile and work place injuries, as well as sports injuries.  He is board certified by the American Academy of Physical and Manual Medicine to perform manipulation under anesthesia. 

Myrna Moxham, RN, CHT has been practicing hypnotherapy and is a certified Hypnotherapist by the National Guild of Hypnotists, the International Association of Counselors and Therapists and the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. She is a hypnotherapy instructor and certified hypnobirthing practitioner. Myrna is also trained in hypnotherapy for pain management, weight control, smoking cessation, obsessions and compulsive behavior, sports training and personal empowerment.

Myrna has a registered nursing degree from the University of Delaware and has over 30 years of experience in practicing medicine.
